My own personal Kimjang (Korean winter kimchi)! on

This weekend was all about kimchi!
For a few weeks I’ve been renovating my new apartment but I’ve forgotten about paint, hammers, and other electrical drills for a while and now they’re waiting for tongbaisho kimchi, donchimi, and kakaduji on the kitchen table to start brewing.
I’m glad to see the glass jars because they are for a friend (he tasted the homemade kimchi and asked if I could give him some of this new batch…”Of course my friend!”) and for a fellow daughter who is fond of Korean cuisine.
Kimchi is more and more famous in France!
